Located in the middle of the Malay Archipelago, the island of Celebes (Sulawesi) produces a famous and rare coffee. Kalossi has a bright acidity, pleasant body with earthy overtones. This elegant “European style” coffee makes great espresso.

Indian Malabar Monsooned AA

A very interesting and exotic aged coffee, Malabar is the highest bodied and lowest acidity coffee. Its character is earthy with complex musty overtones. It is aged to emulate the climactic changes that occurred during shipping around the Horn of Africa in the 19th century.

Java Estate

From Jampit, Blawan, Kayumas and Pancur estates, this coffee is known for a superb richness and body with bold earthy overtones.

Sumatra

This strictly high-grown coffee from Chiapas is medium bodied, very clean with acidity reminiscent of dry white wines, a hint of nuttiness and a slight woodiness in the finish. It is great for all occasions.

New Guinea Koban A

This coffee is grown in the Koban region where the best New Guinea coffees are harvested. Known for its great balance, it is very heavy bodied with a sweet and floral aftertaste. Koban A is grown at an elevation of 2,500 to 3,000 feet with the main harvest from May through August.
